SAME AS IT EVER WAS…ALMOST…
Music today has no conscience. I’m not talking about the big record labels, or about the “Music Biz.” The big labels and the music biz in general never had a conscience.
If You Let Me…
I wrote some lyrics this morning which I’ve tentatively titled “If You Let Me.”
I read “No Booker, No Bouncer, No Bartender” by Shannon Curtis a couple of months ago and thought it was a great book for Indie musicians. This week I finally received Amanda Palmer‘s “The Art of Asking,” am about half-way through it, and, likewise, I think Ms. Palmer’s book is a great read for an Indie musician.
